The human figure has been the subject of art since cave people first scrawled on their walls. We've not come very far since then; today the internet is filled with pornography. Art is not opposed to pornography, it simply has a different message. Sensuality does not imply sexuality and nude does not imply lewd. However, they can infer anything; that is up to the viewer.
Many photos here are experimental, using camera tricks more often than touching them up in a digital studio.
What we do within these pages is art. Art simply for art's sake. If the pictures border on eroticism, then that is your interpretation. If you see porn, then that is YOUR interpretation.
The intention of these pages is a celebration of the human form, both male and female. All of these pictures are for sale, however, the artist is does not make a profit; all proceeds go to the International Wellness Directory.
If you wish to help the artist create art, then write to info@mnwelldir.org. Male and female alike are welcomed subject.
Blessings,
David
Future Projects
1. A series of a red head done in black and white, except for her hair, which remains bright red. Need a model with bright red hair and white skin.
2. Nature shots...among the trees, water, woods, flowers.
3. Studies. Close up studies. Figure studies. A knee, a foot, the bend in the back of the knee, lower back, shoulder. Curves, light, shadow, focus both light and sharp.
5. Portraiture. Faces have fascinated photographers since the first cameras.
