A deer in northern California.

Lupines along the road.

I found miles and miles of this flower

in northern California.

Didn't get a chance to see the top of Mount Shasta.

Found this old farm house in Medford, Oregon.

It is maintained by the county.

Here's Mt Maclaughlin. I climbed it when I was with the Girl Scouts in 1978.

Found this lizard.

Yes, I was a girl scout leader.

Cat's Ear.

Really, I really was a girl scout leader.

I loved the moss hanging from the trees.

The Ookow.

Ok, here, take a look at this: David the Girl Scout Leader.

Red Tailed Hawk.

This pretty flower is called the Pinks, or Moss Verbena

From the Manzanita bush.

Laurel Tree.

The Laurel has smooth bark and very hard wood.

Dogwood flower.

Dogwood tree.

Oregon Grape; no grapes, but it's from Oregon.

I nearly caused a seven car pile-up in Wyoming when I saw these two.

Osprey.
